A vertically-integrated lead-discovery pipeline targeting unrealised rooftop-PV opportunity on German industrial buildings. Started as a spike on whether multi-modal LLMs could meaningfully evaluate rooftop suitability from satellite imagery; turned into a Dockerized FastAPI tool deployed to Coolify, with an SQLite-backed lead store and per-run output artifacts (CSVs, Obsidian notes, thumbnails) for hand-off.
